We do not accept refunds/exchanges on custom orders and products that are considered undergarments/swimwear for hygiene reasons.

Returns

Currently, we DO NOT offer refunds or returns. All items are final sale. However, you may request a size exchange within 15 days of receiving your order if the item was received defective or damaged. Items MUST be returned in the same packaging. Please send an email to info@amaricarter.com with your order number. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
