This collection is not only a celebration for myself but also for my daughter. It shines a light on the realm of identity, childhood memories, and what it means to evolve as a woman. The collection shows the beauty, versatility, and significance of hair in black culture.

Perfect Imperfect touches on the poetry you can see when you stop to take a look at the way that fabric is draped with intent on the body. This collection has a contrast between the outside and inside — the parts of ourselves that we keep private. The concept of getting undressed and exposing the inner world of a woman.
